Refund and Returns Policy
Overview
Many of the items in our pop-up shop are one-of-a-kind, special editions, or sold as-is. Because of this, many sales are final unless your item arrives destroyed. Please read the descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Refunds
We are unable to offer refunds on one-off or limited items. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@belwoodpublish.com with pictures, and we’ll work with you to make it right.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only possible if your item arrives damaged or defective. Please contact us at shop@belwoodpublishing.com within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
Exchanges not available on one-off or limited items.
Gifts
If you purchase an item as a gift and it arrives damaged, we will work with you to provide a replacement or credit. Because most of our items are limited and one-off, replacements may not always be available.
Shipping returns
Since most items are unique and come from limited stock, we do not accept returns for reasons other than damage or defect. If you receive a damaged item, contact us at shop@belwoodpublishing.com.
For any approved return, you may be asked to ship the item back at your expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee we’ll receive untracked items.
